Supported Independent Living

Supported Independent Living (SIL) is an NDIS support where Ipswich Holistic Community Care partners with you to live as independently as possible in your own home, if you are living alone, or if you live with a group of people in a shared home, while building skills and meeting your needs and preferences.

We have a strong focus on matching people who choose to live together with similar interests, personalities, and goals. SIL can provide you with an opportunity to enjoy independence, make new friends, and access the support you need – the choice is yours.
We provide 24/7 assisted living support if you need it for daily tasks including personal care, household tasks such as shopping, meal preparation, and clinical support such as administrating medication and medication management. We also provide support and transport to appointments and social events.

We would love the opportunity to discuss Supported Independent Living & how we can help you live the life you want. There are no restrictions in eligibility to engage Ipswich Holistic Community Care for Personal Support Services.

All our Supported Independent Living services attract a fee that is guided by the NDIS pricing schedule. The fees depend on the services and supports you require and reflect those allocated by the NDIS. Ipswich Holistic Community Care will negotiate an individual agreement that is unique and tailored to meet your specific needs. Want to know more?
